Who we are

Ten Toes Media Ltd ("Ten Toes", "we") is a sports marketing agency operating from London, New York and Dubai. We are the data controller for the information described in this notice. You can reach us about anything here at recruitment@tentoesmedia.com.

What we collect

When you submit the freelance network form, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, email, discipline and role, location, availability, day rate, links to your work and socials, past clients, and your short pitch. Our team may also add or update details about freelancers we have worked with or been referred to, such as contact details, rates, project history and internal working notes.

When you submit the form we also briefly record your IP address, purely to prevent spam. It is automatically removed from your record within 24 hours.

Why we use it

We use these details for one purpose: considering and contacting freelancers for paid work with Ten Toes. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, namely running a freelance talent network for our projects. We do not use your details for marketing, we do not sell them, and we do not share them outside Ten Toes except with the service providers below.

Where it lives

The data is stored securely with Netlify, our hosting provider, and is accessible only to the Ten Toes team behind a login. Netlify processes data under its data processing agreement, which includes the standard safeguards for transfers outside the UK and EU.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. You can also object to us holding it at all. To do any of these, email recruitment@tentoesmedia.com with the subject "Data request" and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

No tracking

The application page uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party cookies. That is deliberate.
